Why is it important to know your values?

When we know our values, our goals are rooted in purpose and passion. Our values could be related to our personal health, career aspirations, relationships, or any other long-term project that requires thought, effort, and dedication.

When our actions align with our values, we are much more likely to succeed.

Writing down your values and aligning your goals with those values will not only help you stay organized, but it’s a great exercise in committing your actions to feelings and emotions that truly inspire you.
