Heidi Strickler, MS, RD, CSSD, METS I, ISAK L-1 (she/her) -

Heidi holds a Masters in Sports Nutrition and is an accomplished, registered dietitian, working closely with athletes in various sports. She is also a certified specialist in sports dietetics, uniquely equipping her with the tools to support athletes on their journeys with food as medicine and fuel. Finally, Heidi is a certified metabolic efficiency training specialist. Her specialties and age groups include the following —
