Understanding digital wellness is extremely important in order to balance other aspects of our wellness. For those who may be unfamiliar with digital wellness, it can be defined as “the intentional pursuit of a healthy and sustainable relationship with technology”. It’s no question that technology plays a large part in our daily lives, but understanding how to be in good relationship with technology is especially important for the health of the mind + body connection!
